2015 s'est terminé pour moi avec un merveilleux échange. Terumi Ohta – une artiste feutrière du Japon, qui travaille sous le label "True Style Lab" - m'a contacté pour me proposer de faire une exposition d'art ensemble ici à Paris.
Quand j’ai vue son travail, je toute de suite été émerveillée par l’idée de monter une expo commune.
Terumi feutre à aiguillé et crée des animaux plus vrai que nature ! Ses créations sont exécutées d’une manière méticuleuse et dans les moindre détail.
2015 ended for me with a wonderful exchange. Terumi Ohta– a needle felt artiste from Japan who is running her business under the name “True Lab Style” – contacted me to propose doing an art exposition together here in Paris. I checked out her work and were in awe.

L'idée de travailler avec elle est très excitant!
Maintenant mon challenge perso: Terumi veulent faire l'expos en noir et blanc !!Ce qui est drôle : depuis quelques mois déjà, l’idée de m’imposer un travail avec une réduction de couleur me hante. Pour m’inspirer j’ai commencé à prendre des stages de calligraphie. Ceux qui suivent mon travail attentivement, auront peut-être déjà remarqué un changement côté couleur et même dans le design ces derniers mois, n’est-ce pas?

Now what’s really challenging for me: Terumi want to do a black and white exposition!!!
The funny thing is: it’s already for a couple of month that I’m thinking of working in a color reduced way. I even started to take workshops about calligraphy to approach my work in a new way. Those of you who follow my art work, may already have remarked a changement, right?

La proportion de Terumi tombe donc parfaitement et me confirme que je devrais m’y essayer dans un toute autre registre –noir & blanc, ligne & courbe, ombre & lumière, calligraphie, géométrie…
Une chose est sur- il y aura un énorme changement et je vous propose de le suivre ici en direct. Keep on turned !
